The whole body works as a system of systems, working as a complete unit. In order to get to the bottom of pain the whole body must be assessed to get to the root cause of the problem. Your body alignment session is recommended for your first session. You do not have to remove any clothing for this session. The session is designed to give you a greater sense of awareness to your body, where imbalances are and that may be the cause of pain or weakness. Some techniques used in the session are; Muscle energy techniques, deep tissue massage, joint mobilisation, spinal manipulation, stretching and exercise. These techniques will be used to help improve range of motion, increase the flow of energy and blood through the body, improve posture, increase strength and performance, reduce and eliminate pain. You will be given advice on how to improve your body mechanics and health for better performance going forward.

    After care & follow-up

    I will use my abundance of knowledge to demonstrate and coach the best exercises for you to have a better chance of long term relief and improve performance. As well as discuss any lifestyle and nutritional habits that’ll have a major role in being successful in achieving your goals.

    Follow up sessions may be recommended, though the aim is to significantly improve symptomatic or eliminate pain within 3 sessions or less. Subsequently one to one strength and conditioning coaching is recommended or in some cases you may be referred to another practitioner.
